Applications are taken online all year round for every intake. Choose a programme, check that you meet the entry requirement, and apply — you get a reference number at once and the admissions office follows up by phone.

How to apply

Fill in the online application form and choose your programme and intake.

Pay the registration fee

Where a registration fee applies, pay it by M-Pesa or at the accounts office.

Receive your admission letter

Admissions reviews your application and sends your admission letter and fee structure.

Report

Report on the date in your letter with the documents listed below.

Entry requirements

Diploma (Level 6)
KCSE mean grade C- (minus) or above, or a relevant Craft / Level 5 certificate.
Craft certificate (Level 5)
KCSE mean grade D (plain) or above, or a relevant Artisan / Level 4 certificate.
Artisan (Level 4)
KCSE mean grade D- (minus) or a KCPE certificate.

What to bring when reporting

  • Admission letter
  • KCSE result slip or certificate (original and copy)
  • National ID or birth certificate (copy)
  • Two passport-size photographs
  • First-term fees or proof of payment
